ROCK is a non-profit organization, which operates under the jurisdiction of Oakdale United Presbyterian Church’s Session.. We are supported by charitable foundations, churches, and individuals.
The Rock also relies on financial contributions from people in the community to meet our budget. If 100 people contribute just $10 a month, than 24% of our budget is met!
