Easter Celebration at The Rock
When: Saturday, March 22nd, 5-7 PM - Dinner at 5:30
Where: At the Rock
Cost: FREE!
Join us at The Rock for an Easter celebration. It will be an evening of fun, food, and fellowship. Live music will be play throughout the evening. A free Will Offering will go to the West Allegheny Ministerial Association and their on-going community ministries. We hope to see you at the celebration!
3 on 3 Basketball Tournament
When: Friday, March 14th, 7-9 PM
Saturday, March 15th, 9 AM-6 PM
Cost: Entry costs $100/team
Place: The ROCK, 150 State Street, Oakdale, PA 15071
We are going to hold our 2nd annual 3 on 3 tournament on March 14th through 15th. There will be 20 minute games or 16 baskets, whichever comes first. Rules for the tournement can be found here. It will be double elimination and the entry fee is $100.00. Cash prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. Only 16 teams will be allowed and all players must be over 18 years of age. Girl's Bible Study
When: Every Monday starting at 6 PM
Where: At the Rock
The Rock is hosting Bible Study sessions for girls that want to get more involved in their faith. Bibles will be provided to girls that do not have them. The sessions are mostly led by the girls' questions and are a fun way to learn about the Bible. We hope you can join us!
The Rock’s Basketball Camp
When: 6 Saturdays from 10-11 AM, beginning on February 9th
Cost: $15, which includes lessons, tee shirt, and your own ball
Who: Elementary Students between the ages of 6-10
The Rock is holding a basketball camp for elementary students, ages 6-10, on 6 different Saturdays, starting on February 9th. Each participant will receive lessons, a tee shirt, and their own ball. If you are interested in the camp, contact Dan at the ROCK(724-693-2777) or rock_oakdale@yahoo.com
Clay and Pottery Class
When: 6 Saturdays from 9:30 AM-12:30 PM, beginning on February 9th
Cost: $10, which includes all needed matierals
Who: All Ages are welcome
The Rock is hosting a class about Clay and Pottery, starting on 6 different Saturdays, beginning on February 9th. For $10, all materials required for the class will be provided. If you are interested in taking the class, contact Dan at the ROCK(724-693-2777) or rock_oakdale@yahoo.com
The Rock Chess Club
When: 6 Thursdays from 7-8 PM, beginning on February 7th
Cost: $15, which includes lessons and a chess game
Who: All Ages are welcome
